Anthony & Associates is dedicated to providing fair and accurate business & equipment appraisals that any small business owner can easily afford. 

We specialize in the appraisal of small, privately-held businesses with sales under ten million dollars.  We also do hard asset appraisals of machinery & equipment. 

Unlike most business appraisal firms, we have actual experience brokering the sale of many different types of businesses; and we bring this real-world experience to each appraisal we undertake.

All valuations are completed by certified business appraisers and delivered within 5 working days from receipt of the requested information and/or the initial appointment.

Business Valuation Packages:

1.  Verbal Opinion Valuation:                                   $ 125.00

"Verbal opinion" valuation is based on phone consultations with the client, e-mailed and faxed information.  Industry multiples of sales and earnings are adjusted and then used as a basis for an opinion.  Quick snapshot of what a business may be worth in today's market.

2.  Fair Market Valuation:                                        $ 525.00

The "Fair Market Valuation" package is suitable for arriving at an appropriate asking price for a small to midsize business when the owners are contemplating selling the business. 

This is a 12 page written business valuation report, which uses an adjusted multiple of discretionary earnings as the basis for determining value. 

It is designed to arrive at an appropriate asking price and terms that will be competitive in the marketplace, and thereby attract offers for the owner to consider. 

Although not a formal determination of value, it is still guided by some of the most recognized standards of the business valuation industry.  "Sample Report"

3.  Formal Business Valuation:        $ 1,950.00 & Up (Call for quote)

Our "Formal Valuation" package is more detailed and is suitable for privately held companies with sales from $1M to $10M annually that need a more in depth valuation for a variety of reasons.  This is a written 25 page report that uses up to 22 different appraisal methods to arrive at a value conclusion following USPAP guidelines.  "Sample Report"

4.  Machinery & Equipment Comps:                  $ 50.00 (per item)

Our extensive database of machinery & equipment is used to prepare and submit a report based on recent listings and sales of the same or similar machinery & equipment.  No consideration is given to freight, setup costs, condition, etc.

5.  Machinery & Equipment Valuation:           $ 125.00 (per item)

Formal written Summary Appraisal Report following USPAP guidelines.  Both "cost" and "market data" approaches to value are used. 

All machinery & equipment items appraised are researched, documented and photographed as part of the appraisal process. 

Fee is based on number of machinery & equipment items whose original cost was $2500 or more.  Balance of items are included at no charge.  Minimum fee is $500.00.  "Sample Report"
